John grew up in Circleville, Ohio, just south of Columbus, and has spent more than 40 years sharing his love of seafood. Over the course of his restaurant career, he has developed a true talent for sourcing quality ingredients, preparing memorable dishes, and teaching others to enjoy the full seafood experience.
